Only four distilleries are currently active in Wales, and Aber Fallls are certainly up there with the finest. Hailing from the north of the country, this time they’ve tried their hand at gin with this 41.3% expression. Created with a selection of botanicals, the water used in the process comes from the nearby mountains.
