Bardstown Bourbon Company Straight Rye – Origin Series

Made with 95% rye and 5% malted barley, this is a flavourful, rich and rounded rye that will delight fans of the style. This straight rye is finished in hybrid American oak and cherry wood barrels for up to 6 months. 

Bardstown is a relatively new distillery which focuses on innovation, sustainability and getting the best from their 100-acre Kentucky estate. The Origin Series is a set of their first whiskies to be made entirely in their distillery.

Ripe cherry resonates through toasted oak highlighted by white flower, dill, and cinnamon. A rich, round mouthfeel bursts with fruit flavour leading to a one-of-a-kind sublime finish.
