Founded in 2011, Pennsylvania’s Dad’s Hat distillery focuses on creating old-school Pennsylvania-style rye. Following a mash bill of 80% rye and 20% malt (15% barley and 5% rye malt), grains are sourced from local farms and fermented slow and low for an aromatic, complex character. This six-year-old rye whiskey joins the USA Series from That Boutique-y Whisky Company, bottled at a hearty cask strength of 64% ABV.
