Greensand Ridge 18 Months Old – Batch 1 – That Boutique-Y Rum Company

This is That Boutique-y Rum Company’s very first bottling of rum from the Greensand Ridge Distillery! Interestingly, the fermentation of the distillery’s rum also includes a bit of dunder from previous distillations, a method more usually seen in Jamaican rum production. This expression was matured for 18 months in a cask that previously contained the distillery’s apple brandy.
