Ukiyo Blossom Gin

Here we have a rich, fragrant gin from Ukiyo Spirits, in Japan. Locally grown barley is distilled into shōchū, which is then distilled again alongside a range of carefully-selected botanicals. This gin evokes the sakura blossoming during spring in certain parts of Japan.
